Potato Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 10 oz Cauliflower Florets
  • 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup of Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Cut potatoes into ½ inch cubes
  • Chop Cauliflower
  • Place cauliflower and potatoes into medium pot with enough salted water to cover by 1 inch
  • Bring to a boil, then cook to tender, about 15 minutes
  • Drain pot, then mash with potato masher or fork until smooth
  • Stir in sour cream and milk. Season with salt & pepper.
