Potato Cauliflower Mash
Ingredients
- 12 oz Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 10 oz Cauliflower Florets
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
- ¼ cup of Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into ½ inch cubes
- Chop Cauliflower
- Place cauliflower and potatoes into medium pot with enough salted water to cover by 1 inch
- Bring to a boil, then cook to tender, about 15 minutes
- Drain pot, then mash with potato masher or fork until smooth
- Stir in sour cream and milk. Season with salt & pepper.
